    控製櫃布局應注意什麼要點?

The fan is generally installed near the ventilation opening, the supply fan is installed at the bottom, and the inlet fan is installed at the upper end of the box.

After knowing three data information: temperature difference, ventilation speed, and gas volume, calculate the duration of gas replacement in the cabinet, and then calculate the specific ventilation speed based on the temperature difference. Then select the specific fan you want. Due to the general decrease in ambient temperature at night, condensation water may be generated and attached to the circuit board inside the cabinet. Therefore, corresponding anti cold electric heaters should be selected to ensure the ambient temperature inside the cabinet.

    變頻調速器連接的主要規定變頻調速器不錯組裝在控製箱內的中間,變頻調速器要豎直組裝,上方和下方要防止很有可能阻攔排風係統、送風的大元器件;變頻調速器上、下邊邊沿間距,電機控製櫃頂端、底端間距,或是擋板和務必安裝使用的大元器件的較小間隔,都應當超過150mm;假如獨特客戶在運用中必須拿掉電腦鍵盤,則變頻調速器控製麵板的電腦鍵盤孔,一定要用膠布嚴苛密封性或是選用假控製麵板更換,避免煙塵大量的進到變頻調速器內部結構。
